Cardiff City have until May 5 to find £850,000 or face being wound up.
The Championship promotion hopefuls avoided an instant court decision on money owed to HM Revenue and Customs.
Now they how to raise £1.8m by selling land around their Cardiff City Stadium.
They have already paid off around £1.8m from the total that was owed and claim they have a businessman interested in funding the club.
The club claim they are not insolvent as they have assets plus players worth around £30m – which includes £3m striker Michael Chopra.
